How long will it take to receive my order?
 Once we receive payment, your order will be posted within 14 working days, depending on the size of your order and our current volume of work. We are able to put a rush on your order if necessary for a small surcharge.

 

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
We use Australia Post Express or Registered post service which delivers to any address in Australia.

 

Do you deliver outside of Australia?
 We deliver to addresses within Australia only.

 

What are the postage costs?

There are two options;

1. Registered Mail B4 size up to 500 grams $5.30 plus a handling fee of $2.50. Requires a signature on receipt, and comes with $100 worth of insurance.

This can be tracked by Australia Post.

2. Express Post next day delivery B4 size up to 500 grams $7.40 plus a handling fee of $2.50.

If you want additional insurance, please let us know.

NOTE:Some orders may require a higher postage rate.

 

Can I courier my slides to you?
 Yes. But please advise us so we know when to expect them.

 

Can I drop off / pick up?

Yes. We understand that if you live nearby you may prefer to deliver and collect your precious memories in person. We are located 10 minutes north from Tullamarine Airport.

How do I supply the details of my slideshow to you?

What size scans do you do?

We scan photographs 6x4" to A4 size.

Photos are scanned at 300dpi which will enable you to reprint the photo to the same size as the original.

Please note you must not send us any images that may breach someone else's copyright.

 

Do you save the files to JPEG or TIFF?

Files are normally saved as highest quality JPEG files.

 

Do I need to do any preparation of my photos?

If you would like to have the photos in a certain order please sort them as you would wish and number on the back. If you would like your digital photos in a certain order, please re-number each photo in order of preference. If you would like to group your photos (eg: holiday, wedding etc) please sort your photos into the desired category and order, and label each bundle clearly.

 

My slides are very precious to me. Will you look after them?

We know how important these memories are to you. We will take every precaution to ensure that they are handled with the utmost of care.

 

How long do you keep my images for?

Your privacy is important. We will keep a copy of your images on file for one month after your job has been completed, in order to honour any guarantee issues. They will then be securely removed from our system and cannot be retrieved.

If you require a new disk within this time we can happily provide one for a small fee. We would recommend two copies of each disk, so you can use one and have one for safekeeping.

If you would prefer the copy of your images be deleted from our system immediately this can be done on request.
