Azac Productions understand that the information that you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on of any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties.
Prior to commencing your order, we do require a 30% deposit.
Full payment for products is required prior to delivery.
An invoice will be sent to the customer during the set up process, and payment can be made by either:

Cash (Local residents)
Direct Deposit (will provide details upon request)
Chq (Orders paid by cheque will not be sent out until funds are cleared)
Azac Productions will provide a final layout to the customer for approval prior to completing DVD. Azac will make every good faith effort to check and proof read deliverables thoroughly and make all necessary corrections as a result of such checking prior to sending the final proof to the customer. It will be, however, the final responsibility of the customer to ensure all copy and content is correct.
Azac Productions does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of errors or omissions after the final layout has been approved by the customer as a result of errors or omissions that correspond with the information supplied by the customer.
Replacement products can be created and shipped within 5 working days in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is defective or suitably different to the product ordered. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by Azac Productions .
Orders can be changed or cancelled provided design and assembly costs have not been incurred. This can happen any time before payment of deposit. Where an order is cancelled after design and assembly costs are incurred, the full amount is payable to Azac Productions less any shipping costs quoted.
If an order is not received within an expected time, Azac Productions will endeavour to source information on the delivery.
Azac Productions does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outages, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action, or illness.
The customer agrees that it shall not hold Azac Productions or its agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from Azac Productions failure to provide products and services in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Azac Productions or a third party.
